Transfering website to YardVPS

Hello!

I have made a backup of the website files and database files, I currently host with Arvixe, and I want to transfer it to a VPS.

I bought Grass 3(unmanaged) on YardVPS but the problem is, I dont see any way how to transfer it… I have the files on my VPS, what do I do now ?
