    I just wanted to say that Carol. in customer service was quite a pleasant surprise.

    I needed to have the premium web builder installed on our site and dreaded calling, figuring I’d have to wait, as well as speak to a representative who would barely speak English.

    The entire phone call must have taken less than five minutes, and her elocution was perfect! She sounded alert, happy to be working at a job she loved, was reassuring and efficient.

    Both she and quality of her support were outstanding, so either she is the best person I’ve ever heard as a customer service rep or you people have the best training and standards I’ve ever seen. Either way she is the best I’ve heard on any customer support team – anywhere!

    The difference between Carol. and all the others is akin to the difference between the Empire State Building and a three story tenement, so I just had to write to let you people know how it is on my end of the telephone line.
    Evidently, you people have a systemwide attitude finely honed for doing a
    great job!

    Just want to let you know how wonderful Sarah was when I spoke with him last week. I presented him with multiple challenges regarding the website. He took each one and handled it with ease. He was able to unfluster me. When a process was taking longer than expected he continued to give me updates while I was on hold. I had total confidence in his ability to help me to the best of his abilities. He is the reason I decided to renew with M2host Hosting. When I first got on the live chat with him I had every intention of gaining access to my FTP files and moving to another host which would cost less. But, his help and patience convinced me to keep my account put!

    Outstanding support provided by m2host customer support!

    I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know what a great help Betty was for me this evening. SHe spent a lot of time with me helping to straighten out my password and Outlook email settings. I could have never done it without her. Please let her know how much I appreciated her patience and extensive knowledge of the problems.

    Hi I recently had the pleasure of talking to Sarah. I had a lot of questions and was very confused on who to go with for my main web site critical error. After a short conversation with Sarah. I had no doubts. All my questions and issues were clearly answered and the service provided to me by him was invaluable to fix my issue. I just wanted to make sure that efforts made by Sarah don’t go unnoticed so wanted to take the time to inform you that Sarah exceeded my expectations of customer service.
